Chris Broadhurst is the head athletic therapist with the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League. Prior to that he was the head
athletic therapist with the Toronto Maple Leafs from 1990-2005. His past also earned him healthcare experience in the clinical sector
and minor league baseball. Chris received his start in athletic healthcare in 1986 and '87 with the Toronto Blue Jays' Class A minor
league affiliate in St. Catharines, Ontario. He worked with a variety of patient populations with two Toronto sports medicine clinics,
including the Bobby Orr Sport Medicine Clinic in Toronto from 1988-90 and the Centre for Sport & Recreation Medicine from 1990-91.
Chris was honored to serve as athletic trainer at the 1998 NHL All-Star Game and with the Canadian Men's Hockey Team at the 1998
Winter Olympics, 1991 Canada Cup and 1993 World Championships. A certified member of the Canadian Athletic Therapist
Association, he was recently the director of the Myo-Kinetics Active Testing Center at the Sports Medicine Specialists in Toronto. The
Oakville, Ontario, native received an undergraduate degree in sports injury management from Sheridan College.
